The Esports World Cup officially begins tomorrow with the commencement of the first couple of tournaments. Among these is the Call of Duty: Warzone event, featuring over 60 top players from around the globe heading to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to compete for a share of a $1 million prize pool.
With this event just around the corner, the EWC has provided details on the bracket and format for the tournament, outlining how the competition will unfold over three days.
On the first day, players will be divided into three groups. The 63 participants will aim to secure the best seeding for their respective teams. The second day of action will have these groups transitioning from solo seeding to team seeding, with seven three-player teams vying for dominance. Following this, only the top 14 teams will move forward, eliminating approximately two to three teams from each group. This will set the stage for the grand final, where the remaining 14 teams will compete for the prize money.
